Dr. Carter is a passionate advocate for mentorship and youth development:
Member – 100 Black Men of America (Houston Metropolitan Chapter), mentoring young African American males monthly
Student Volunteer Program – Mentors 40–50 college students annually who are interested in physical therapy
Community Sports Sponsorship – Proud sponsor of several local sports teams, supporting youth athletics and teamwork
